We’re looking for four teachers to join our founding teaching team. Please read the descriptions below of what we’re looking for.
Senior Teacher ($70/Per Class)
Responsible for teaching Flow II (Intermediate), Flow I, and Strong Flow
Contribute to FlowWell’s digital content library
Host one-skill building workshop a month/quarter

Responsible for teaching Mat Pilates I + II

Strong Flow Teacher ($55/Per Class)
Responsible for teaching Strong Flow

How it works
Step 1: Apply
Submit a 60-second introduction video
Submit a ten-minute teaching sample
Submit a short written reflection (200-250 words)
Step 2: Connect
We’ll have a 25-minute conversation. No corporate interview. Just a real conversation about teaching, community, and why you do what you do.
Step 3: Welcome
Founding teachers participate in a paid trial class before their first official class on the schedule.
