Our
Training Framework
Every class at FlowWell is designed for everybody. We are building a home for hybrid athletes and for anyone growing into one. You do not need to be advanced to be here. You need to be willing to show up. The schedule is built around four training functions so you can program your entire week inside The Sanctuary.
Class Descriptions
-
Grounded • Accessible • Foundational
A foundational, breath-led vinyasa designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence. Steady pace, clear guidance, and space to explore the basics of alignment and flow. Open to all levels — especially beginners or anyone returning to their practice.
Best for: newcomers, those returning after a break, anyone who wants a slower entry into movement.
-
Dynamic • Expansive • Intentional
Builds on foundational shapes with more complex sequencing, transitions, and exploration. Moves with intention and rhythm — offering options to deepen your practice while staying grounded in breath.
Best for: those familiar with basic poses who are ready for more challenge.
-
Where yoga meets rhythm. This music-driven flow blends intentional movement with moments of freestyle expression, inviting you to move in a way that feels good in your body. Liberating, community-centered, built for Friday energy.
-
Where yoga meets rhythm. This music-driven flow blends intentional movement with moments of freestyle expression. A liberating, community-centered experience offered as a Happy Hour class on Friday evenings.
Best for: anyone who wants to move freely, laugh, and feel good in their body.
-
Traditional power vinyasa.
Bodyweight, breath, and longer holds — no equipment. Built for endurance and heat. Sequences challenge stability and ask you to stay present through intensity. A full-body experience rooted in the mat, nothing else.
-
Soulful • Grounding • Uplifting
A signature, heart-centered experience rooted in community, music, and intention. This soulful vinyasa invites you to move, release, and reconnect — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Affirming space, intentional sequencing, collective energy that carries you into the week.
Offered Sunday mornings by the Black Folx Wellness Collective.
-
Ease into your week with an evening of intentional breath and immersive sound. We begin with guided breath work and gentle stretching to regulate the nervous system, settle the mindbody, and invite you into the present moment. From there, you'll be held in an immersive restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and layered resonance, offering space to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, supported by bolsters, blankets, and cushions sized for every body. We close with a shared intention to carry with you into the week ahead. Bring your favorite pillow or blanket to make the space your own. Come as you are. Leave restored and fortified.
-
Strength training and athletic conditioning, mat-based and movement-forward. Dumbbells, resistance bands, and intentional bodyweight circuits. Structured in rounds — build, recover, repeat. Designed for hybrid athletes and anyone serious about physical capacity. This is not a yoga class with weights. This is a conditioning class inside a yoga studio.
-
Vinyasa sequencing with light dumbbells woven in. Every hold earns something. Every flow builds something. Sculpt is strength training that moves — designed for hybrid athletes who want their yoga to do real work. Expect heat, intention, and a class that follows you out of the room.
Distinct from Strong Flow: Sculpt uses equipment; Strong Flow is bodyweight only. Same intensity family, different tools.control and stamina.
-
Pairs functional strength training — dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight work — with mobility sequences designed to protect your joints, extend your range, and support everything else you do in and out of the gym. Train hard and move well. Leave feeling stronger and more open.
-
