A place to practice — in pursuit of a world where all people are free, healed, and whole. The Sanctuary
Strong Bodies.
Sturdy Souls.
When you walk inside — carrying your burdens and heartaches, your joys and jubilee — we invite you to be strengthened by our classes, transformed by our community, and fortified by our commitment to do justice, get free.
The Sanctuary is not just a yoga studio. It is an armory. Nana’s kitchen table. Papas backyard during a summer cookout. A place where you don't have to leave any part of yourself at the door — not your grief, not your growth, not your greatness.
It is also a community, a commons, and a call to action. We believe your personal practice is preparation for the world beyond these walls. Come in, be strengthened. Leave ready for battle — for the daily work of living free.
Join our Team
Studio Assistants are the heartbeat of FlowWell — the first face members see when they walk through the door, the people who make the space run, and an essential part of our founding team.
This is an exchange-based role. In return for approximately 10 hours per week, you receive a free unlimited FlowWell membership — full access to every class, every week. Beginning Month 4, Studio Assistants transition to paid hourly compensation plus the continued free membership.
No yoga certification required. Just reliability, warmth, and a genuine connection to what we are building here.
The Sanctuary needs people who love people.

Tell your teacher before class. All of our teachers are trained to offer modifications and will never pressure you to do anything your body isn't ready for.

5–10 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to get settled, meet the teacher, and find your spot. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun.
-
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing a class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows result in one forfeited class credit. See our full policies at flowwellyoga.com/policies.
