Four Years in the Making

We didn't start
in a studio.

Since 2022, FlowWell has engaged more than 9,000 participants across Washington D.C. — in parks, hotel lobbies, museum courtyards, and community spaces. Without a permanent home, we built a community so real it held itself together.

Now we are building the walls. The Sanctuary at 650 Howard Road SE opens July 1, 2026 — the first justice-centered, community-rooted wellness studio in Bridge District, Ward 8.
