Located at 650 Howard Road SE in Washington, D.C., our new studio will be a sanctuary for embodiment, healing, and community— offering yoga, meditation, wellness experiences and gatherings designed for every body.
Every class at FlowWell is designed for everybody. We are building a home for hybrid athletes and for anyone growing into one. You do not need to be advanced to be here. You need to be willing to show up. The schedule is built around four training functions so you can program your entire week inside The Sanctuary.

Our Story
FlowWell Yoga + Wellness was founded by Stephon Bradberry in 2022 with one simple belief: yoga belongs to everyone.
Since then, more than 9,000 people across Washington, D.C. have practiced with us— in parks and museums, hotel rooftops and community centers, everywhere but a traditional studio. We broke convention because convention wasn’t working for our people.
Now, we’re building The Sanctuary— a home for embodiment, healing, and justice-centered community. A Space where you can walk in carrying your burdens and heartaches, your joys and your jubilee, and be strengthened, transformed, and fortified.
This yoga rooted in love. And you are why it exists.

Yoga Beyond the Studio
At our core, we believe wellness should be accessible, culturally relevant, and fortifying for the mind, body, and soul.
We began hosting classes in parks and open spaces, in yoga studios and museums, in hotels and convention centers, and what we know is our practice is powerful because we’re breaking convention and creating a new way to heal, gather, and practice.
Current Offerings
Yoga Beyond the Studio takes yoga out of traditional environments and places them in community— with the people. Our Yoga Beyond the Studio program allows us to offer a body-affirming practice that is accessible and affordable.
These offerings are at the core of who we are and what we do— and are for all, but especially those who maybe intimidated by traditional yoga studios or find wellness classes unaffordable.

Starting July 1, 2026 all classes can be found via Mindbody (and our forthcoming App)— we will no longer use Eventbrite for class registration.
